McDavid Residence

A full addition and renovation to an existing Fort Lauderdale home. The original tile-roof ranch was reworked into a coastal-modern residence with standing-seam metal roofs, deep overhangs, louvered clerestories and a new entry tower, plus a poolside cabana with outdoor kitchen and covered lounge.
