Options are studied in plan and in three dimensions. We keep drawing until the plan, the structure and the budget agree with each other.

Schematic design package

Details, assemblies and consultant coordination are resolved into a permit and construction set a contractor can price with confidence.

Construction documents

We file with the authority having jurisdiction, respond to review comments and shepherd board or agency approvals where they are required.

Approved permit set

Through construction we review submittals, answer RFIs and visit the site, so the building that opens is the building that was drawn.

Construction administration
